LUMA is a slow café for slow rituals — single-origin beans, hand-poured with patience, served in a room built for stillness.
LUMA began in a small courtyard in 2019 with a single La Marzocco, two chairs, and a stubborn belief that coffee deserves more time. Today the room is larger, but the ritual is unchanged.
We travel to meet our farmers. We roast in small batches, three days before you drink it. And we still weigh every shot by hand — because a cup made in a hurry tastes like one.
